Midland Bank Limited (MDB), a 4th generation
Private Commercial Bank in the Country is going to complete 2nd year of its
commercial operation on June 20, 2015. On this auspicious occasion, the Bank
arranged a Press Conference on June 18, 2015, at the Head Office of the Bank.
Managing Director & CEO of the Bank Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman was present as Chief
Guest, where Khondoker Nayeemul Kabir, Deputy Managing Director and other high
officials of the Bank were also present in the conference. While delivering his
inaugural speech, the Managing Director said, the Bank has collected Tk. 1248
Crore Deposit and Tk.908 Crore Advance through its 11 branches around the
country in the last two year of its operation. The Bank introduced a number of
innovative and attractive Deposit and Loan schemes for its valued customers,
also introduced Internet Banking and VISA branded Debit and Credit Cards. The
Managing Director re-iterated the Bank’s commitment in providing modern and
customer friendly services to its customer. The Bank’s endeavor will continue
in bringing more friendly, customized and attractive products for a better
client experience, he mentioned.
