EXIM Bank holds 16th Annual General Meeting, declares 10% Stock Dividend

Sixteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of EXIM Bank held on June 08, 2015 at RAOWA Convention Hall, Mohakhali, Dhaka. Chairman of the Bank Md. Nazrul Islam Mazumder presides over the meeting.

Financial statements including Balance sheet, Profit and Loss account for the year ended December 31, 2014 was received and adopted in the Sixteenth AGM and declared 10% stock dividend. 

Vice Chairman of the Bank Md. Abdul Mannan MP, Members of the Board of Directors Mohammad Abdullah MP, Md. Habibullah Dawn, Md. Nurul Amin, Mohammed Omar Farooque Bhuiyan, Mohammed Shahidullah, Major (Retd.) Khandaker Nurul Afser, Lt. Col. (Retd.) Serajul Islam BP (BAR), Anjan Kumar Saha, Ranjan Chowdhury, Khandaker Mohammed Saiful Alam, Sponsor Abdullah Al Zahir Swapan, Managing Director Dr. Mohammed Haider Ali Miah and Company Secretary Md. Golam Mahbub were present at the meeting.
